Apolemichthys xanthopunctatus x Apolemichthys trimaculatus- This hybrid angelfish brings two great species together in a remarkably interesting package. We have been calling this hybrid the Flag Flake angelfish. Looking remarkably similar to the goldflake angelfish with brighter blue lips and a bit of a muted yellow green these are a great addition to any collector’s tank. They truly contain the best characteristics from each parent making this an incredibly rare talking point for any home aquarist. Similarly, to their parents they can become a bit territorial as they adjust to new aquariums and are not fully reef safe.
